Advice
A consultant studies your question and delivers a report. The answer comes from outside. Afterwards, you're on your own again.

Coaching
With coaching, you hear how someone else would approach it. The answer stays theirs. What you do with it is up to you.

Co-founder as a service
The answer is yours. We find it together, you decide, and I hold you to it. Even when that gets uncomfortable months later.
In practice I use all three. Sometimes I simply tell a founder how I'd handle it myself. That's the exception. The third is the standard.
Honest about the limits
When a regular business coach is the better choice
Not every question fits this approach. Choose a regular business coach if you mainly want to be told what to do. At Go Delphi we discover the best direction together. That takes more time, and it asks more of you. I'd rather say that upfront.
Who this is for

Go Delphi guides founders of companies between 1 and 40 FTE who want to scale but lack structure. Guidance takes the form of one-on-one sessions with the founder, plus sessions with the management team where there is one. The office is at Emmalaan 7 in Amsterdam, and the service area covers the Netherlands and Belgium.
Wouter Glaser founded seven companies, Go Delphi included, and sold three of them. Under his leadership, Glasnost grew in eight years to one million euros in annual profit. Go Delphi has worked with 135 companies so far.

Usually every four to six weeks. That can be online, but most founders come to my office on Emmalaan in Amsterdam. Parking right outside is always available.What does guidance from Go Delphi cost?
Programs run from 450 to 1,700 euros per month. The amount depends on the program, the size of your company and the intensity. You can scale up or down every quarter.Have you sold a company yourself?
